Artifacts in the Museum
This page contains a partial list of items displayed and stored in the Museum:
Barracks 2860 member plaque showing veteran's name, DOB, and DOD, mounted on the wall in the Historical Society. We also have the Barracks flag. Papers, charters, and the scrapbook are at the UCI Archives. This Barracks was formed by Leisure World residents who served in WWI. It had over 500 members. The Barracks was closed when there were only a few members remaining.

China made by Franciscan Ware with the Rossmore Leisure World logo that was used in all the clubhouses in the 1960s, (one set on display, the rest in drawers).

Tie tacks and brooches with the Rossmore Leisure World logo that were given to new residents.
Toys made by residents (Woodpeckers, Wood Shop #2) in the wood shop each Christmas to take to children in local hospitals.
